We are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with Assura plc that will enable Altrincham FC Community Sports to enhance our already thriving health & wellbeing programme.
The financial support from Assura, a leading healthcare property investor and developer, will enable us to take our Senior Exercise classes out into areas such as Oldfield Brow, Broadheath & Wythenshawe, enabling us to impact the physical & mental wellbeing of the local residents.
Senior Exercise supports participants aged 50 and over with their balance, coordination and strength through specific and focused exercises, as well as providing a vital social element after each session by having a well earned brew and maybe a biscuit!!
Karen Nolan, Head of Social Impact at Assura, highlighted the reasons behind their support
