Altrincham WOmen’s Football CLub

In 2021 Altrincham FC Ladies changed their name to Altrincham FC Women supported by Altrincham FC Community Sports. The women’s team currently competes in the Cheshire Women’s Premier Division.

Over the next few seasons the club is aiming for promotion while continuing the development of its Player Pathway to provide young players with an opportunity to progress through the teams and establish themselves in the First Team.

Fixtures are on Sunday afternoons and the team currently trains twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Spectators are welcome to all games. Venue and fixture details can be found below, as well as links to all social media platforms to stay up to date.

Assistant Managers announced

Altrincham FC Women are delighted to confirm the first appointments to Manager Alex Hilton - Slee’s backroom team.

Duncan Jones & Ryan Terrey join as Assistant Managers to support Alex with coaching, analysis and matchday preparation aswell as supporting during all matchdays.

Both bring an extensive amount of experience and knowledge to the coaching team that will support Alex throughout the upcoming season.

New Manager For Altrincham FC Women

Altrincham FC are delighted to announce Alex Hilton-Slee as the new manager for the Altrincham FC Women’s team.

Alex brings with him a wealth of experience in Women’s Football having held positions at AFC Fylde Women, Blackpool FC Women & Chorley Women FC.

The experience & contacts that Alex brings will provide the team with the motivation and renewed vigour to take next season by storm.

Alex couldn’t hide his excitement upon taking the role “ This is a very exciting opportunity for me to work with an ambitious club and a talented squad of players. I’m looking forward to getting started and for the season ahead. We have work to do over the coming months to make sure we are ready but I have no doubt with the coaching team we have we will be prepared and ready to go. “

Alex will be taking his first training session this evening and has already met with Head Coach Duncan Jones to continue the pre season plans that Duncan had already put in place to ensure the team were already up and running for the new manager.

Alex brings with him Ryan Terrey who will provide both coaching and analysis support for the team.
