Holiday club
Keep your little ones active during school holidays. Altrincham FC Community coaches provide sport fun weeks at J.Davidson Stadium, Stamford Park Junior School and Altrincham Grammar School for Boys.

Altrincham FC are both excited and proud to announce that it will be continuing into its THIRD year as a Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Centre.
Walking Football
Multiple indoor classes on Wednesday.
Join this increasingly popular low impact sport. Walking football is aimed at the over 50’s and many tournaments are now catering exclusively for the over 60’s age group.
Alty Mini Kickers
Multiple classes held on Tuesday and Saturday.
Alty Mini Kickers was formed in 2015; providing football coaching to young children (2-5 years old). Ten-week courses available all year through. Book quickly - due to popularity, spaces are limited.
Disability sports
Disability Football and Sports Social
For young adults with physical and learning difficulties including football, boccia, indoor curling, table cricket, table tennis, cards and dominoes. All sessions are led by qualified coaching staff.
Gentle / Relaxation Yoga
Come along and join our GENTLE/MINDFUL YOGA CLASS on a Friday afternoon at 2.00pm. This session is designed for people of any age who require a practise class with modifications if required. Our alignment and attention is to guide you through a restorative, slow practise with focus on yoga for healthy backs

Gentle core stability exercise to improve balance and co-ordination. £5.00 a session, followed by hot refreshments. Led by our club therapist.
Back To Yoga
Monday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
The GENERAL YOGA CLASS is Monday at 7.00pm- so if you are in need of a major chill-out! Otherwise, this class is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and enjoy a stronger physical practise.
GGPilates
New Pilates Beginners Class
Learn the fundamental principles of Pilates: breathing; flow; centering; concentration; precision and control.
We focus on strengthening the core, realigning body posture and mobilising joints.
